Building Resilience for Ultra Running with Alex Miller
In today's podcast, I sat down with my friend and accomplished ultra runner, Alex Miller. Alex is a powerhouse endurance athlete, completing 50K, 50-mile, 100K and 100-mile races, including the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim run and running across the Sahara desert and the mountains of Ethiopia. He has also had a perpetual run streak of at least one mile per day since 2012, rain or shine, no matter where he is. Alex shares his thoughts on finding a running mentor, turning off the negative voices when deep in the pain cave, and embracing the joy of running.
